WHAT INSPIRE YOU TO COOK?

I just liked to cook since I was a little girl, when I first saw my mom cooking I just wanted to learn

WHAT HAVE YOU DONE SOP FAR TO IMPROVE YOUR COOKING SKILLS?

I have made many dishes and had people taste test to tell me how mt food taste

WHAT DIFFERENT COOKING TECHNIQUES DO YOU KNOW?

I know many techniques but the basic is to wash your hands and make sure that you have the right ingredients

WHAT HAVE YOU VIDEOTAPED SO FAR?

So far i have video taped myself to get a feel of how it is going to be when I'm doing my cooking show

WHAT HAVE YOU LEARNED ABOUT COOKING FROM DOING THIS PROJECT?

I have learn that many things i cook other people cook them in another way and that to cook you have to be prepared

IF YOU WERE GIVEN THE CHANCE, WOULD YOU CHANGE YOUR PROJECT?

Yes i would change my project because i don't have the time to actually make the video

WHY DO YOU LIKE TO COOK?

I like to cook because it is fun and i like people to try out my recipes and see the look on there faces when they take that first bite

*COOK ALL THE FOOD (COOK THE DISH AHEAD OF TIME AND THEN SHOW ALL THE STEPS)

*GATHER THE VIDEO CAMERA SO I CAN PUT IT UP TO MAKE IT LOOK REALISTIC

*HAVE SOMEBODY TO BE MY TASTE TESTER TO MAKE SURE MY FOOD IS GOOD

*MAKE SURE MY FOOD LOOK CREATIVE AND PRETTY THAT IS IMPORTANT

WATCH SOME COOKING SHOW TO SEE HOW THEY DO IT AND TAKE SOME OF THERE IDEAS AND DO WHAT THEY DO TO MAKE IT INTERESTING

A good project

A good project would be a cooking video/show. I think that would be good, It would be tape in my house in my very own kitchen. I would cook a whole bunch of different things. The habits of mind this would address would be perspective, commitment, and imagination.

About Me

Hello my name is Mariah McKnight, I attend Brooklyn Prep high school. I am now currently in the eleventh grade. I am a very nice person, I like to help people out with there problems. After high school i would like attend college, i wanted to major in accountant and minor in culinary arts. But i have a job working at a hospital helping special needs children and I love my job. So i just maybe change my major from accounting to nursing.
